BBQ Beef Ribs
4 lbs Beef Ribs
½ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
½ Teaspoon of kosher salt
½ Teaspoon celery salt
1 Teaspoon chili powder (if desired)
1 Teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
Preheat oven 450 degrees, season with salt, celery salt, chili powder and BBQ sauce. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Place ribs in a shallow pan, fat side up, bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 2 1/2-3 hours, turning ribs every 30 minutes.
