Grilled Hanger Steak
1 Hanger Steak trimmed (equal to 8-9 oz pieces)
Vegetable cooking spray (Pam)
Coarse salt or Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Brush steaks with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Sear meat for about 1 minute on each side and then grill 3-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of steak. Let meat rest 5-7 minutes before slicing.
