GRILLED OR SEARED STEAKS
Choice of Tenderloin, Rib Eye, or New York
Salt & Pepper
The method for searing and grilling are similar. Heat grill or fry pan to high heat and place steak in pan or on grill for 2-5 minutes per side. Reduce to medium high after searing one minute on each side. Remove from direct heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Meat will continue cooking while resting.
