Tenderloin, Rib Eye or New York Steaks with Blue Cheese
Choice of steak
1 large garlic clove, cut in half
Salt and pepper to taste
4-8 tsp crumbled blue cheese
Rub both sides of steak with garlic clove and season with salt and pepper. Broil 4-10 minutes for medium rare to medium, turning once. One to two minutes before steaks are done, top evenly with blue cheese crumbles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
